Welcome to my homepage.  As you'll see from the links below, my research is centered upon the intersection of the religious, cultural and political changes of the Tudor-Stuart period of British history.  Here at Trevecca, I teach our required courses in World Civilizations, a variety of courses in European and Latin American history and dabble in courses in American politics and political theory.

In addition to my teaching and research responsibilities, I also coordinate and lead Trevecca’s participation each Spring in the Christian Student Leadership conference, a week-long seminar in Washington D.C.  and I lead occasional trips for study abroad in Ireland.

In addition, I am the Head Coach of our Trevecca Women’s soccer team.  You can find out more about the team on the Athletics pages of the website.

I also stay active in the community, coaching basketball and soccer in local youth leagues and as a member at Christ Community church in Franklin, TN.
