I am currently teaching in the under-graduate program of the Skinner School of Business and Technology. Courses taught are Principles of Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Advertising Management, Sales Fundamentals, Services Marketing, Retail Management, International Marketing, Production and Operations Management, and Financial Stewardship. I also teach in the MHR and the MBA program in the Adult Education Department. Courses taught are Marketing for Managers, Statistics for Managers, Principles of Management and Supervision, Production and Operations Management and Marketing Management.

I am a member of the Christian Business Faculty Association (CBFA) and the Nashville American Marketing Association (NAMA).

I am currently faculty advisor for SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise) and ISAT (International Students Association of Trevecca). I also serve on the Faculty Development committee at Trevecca.

Current News:  Best Paper Award

Prof. Roy Philip received the Society of Business Research (SBR) Best Paper Award in the Marketing track of research papers at the Second Annual SBR conference at the Embassy Suites Vanderbilt in Nashville, TN. Prof. Philip presented research results from his post-doctoral work on his dissertation titled "The Effects of Generational Cohort Membership on Service Quality Dimensions in Protestant Churches: The Use of SERVQUAL in Not-for-Profit Organizations."
